Methodological basis of science and technics historical investigations

Recently the special attention is paid to the systems approach. When carrying out historical-scientific and historical technical study the problems of reconstruction of events, the facts, material carriers, etc, take place very often. The science and technics history as a reconstruction process of real development of scientific knowledge and technical creativity has to consider changes and transformations of existing theoretical generalizations.
