Abstract :
Potential motivations, e.g. unnoticed motivations of human behaviors or hidden causes of natural event occurrences (taking as motivation of the behavior of nature), affect the future with stronger impact than superficial events to be observed easily. Showing the links between such potential motivations in the past and chances and risks to be significant in the future, helps in taking advantage of the chances and avoiding the risks. In this paper, this methodology is exemplified for telling earthquake risks, sales chances, and chances for a computer user´s work progressing. In these examples, we also find that new behaviors or events relevant to multiple potential motivations make especially significant chances
