Abstract
To lighten load of central management components, keep independency of resource providers in storage grids, and let providers gain corresponding reward, this paper introduces intelligent agents using competitive bidding mechanism in storage grids management model. In this paper, a sequence diagram and bidding strategy used by agents is given firstly, and then linear programming is used to get optimal value, and game theory is used to negotiate price. Finally, we propose a prototype model and get some simulation results to prove its global performance improvement.
