The present paper concerns the activity of Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in the area of preparation of scientific, production and technical personnel for the radioelectronic sphere. The Institute´s role in the development of radioelectronics in Ukraine in 1950-1980´s is determined on the basis of carried out study.
