Abstract
This paper proposes a utility computing model that allows environment aware dynamic service discovery, orchestration and deployment. The model enhances previous Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in that it is based on the new conception of environment aware agile service utilities. We introduce the concept and discuss its research issues upon which a novel approach is conceived. We elaborate the requirements, functions, interplay and enabling technologies for the components of the approach¿s architecture. A simple application scenario is presented to demonstrate its use.
