Abstract :
Welcome to Kyoto, Japan, and the 7th IEEE International Conference on Nano/Micro Engineered and Molecular Systems (NEMS). This is the first IEEE-NEMS Conference held in Japan and the second IEEE-NEMS Conference held at non-native countries of Chinese. Originally, this IEEE-NEMS Conference series started in 2006 in Zhuhai, China. Since then, having Asia as its arena, IEEE-NEMS has been taking the lead in exploring the new engineering field to realize new functional systems by fusing nanotechnology and Micro Electromechanical Systems (MEMS).
