Options of the extended editor of GPSS world for creating demonstration models in operating systems

Modern users of the simulation modeling systems pose to these programming environments the following requirements: Automation of the entire action of the simulation study (or at least the majority); Maintenance of the modern information technology for storing and processing data for organizing the calculations the collective and the remote processing, etc.; Providing the researcher with convenient visual and customizable interfaces for interaction with the model. This paper examines some new proposals of application of the extended editor of GPSS World to the development of models with educational character, to demonstrate and visualize the algorithms for process´ synchronization which is studied in subject Operation systems.
