Abstract :
Description of the test installation is presented. The stand is designed for research of autodyne oscillators and modernized for studying autodyne signals received from the vibrating reflecting object. The experimental research results of the spectral composition of signals obtained for the hybrid-integrated oscillator based on 8-mm wavelength range Gunn diode, are presented.
