After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

A number of studies have addressed the critical role of knowledge and its impacts on business organizations. This research explores the effects of knowledge attributes on knowledge management practices and along with their impacts on firm capabilities. The proposed path analytical model is tested using structural equation modeling. Results provide robust support for the notion that there are positive relationships among knowledge attributes, knowledge management practices, and firm capabilities.
