  • Abstract
    In this paper we present a DSP-based board for control, monitoring and maintenance of a primary station of a crushing plant, which includes a feeder, a jaw crusher, and conveyor belts. The system has a LCD used for the visualization of different messages, such as the measurements acquired by the sensors and the menus required to configuring the system. This configuration is made using a numeric keyboard. It also has acoustic and luminous alarms, and signaling LEDs to monitoring the main states of the process. The communication with the central post is possible through an RS-232 serial line
