Abstract :
The results of experimental research of the dependence of wheat grain´s spectrum in near-infrared range (NIR) vs. the duration of low intensity microwave radiation influence are presented. Nonlinearity of an interaction process between wheat grains and radiation, the effect of storage of energy, long enough conservation of the effect of influence after irradiation, were founded.
