Abstract
The source of radiometric illumination is shown. It is a noise source which provides the level of noise power at the measure of 70 dB/kTo in operation frequency range 90 - 98 GHz. The increase of the functional possibilities of the noise generator is obtained by the amplitude modulation while formation of the noise oscillation spectrum output. The pulse ratio is determined within the range of 100Hz - 1kHz and the pulse duration can be determined within the range of 100 ns - 1 ms.
