  • Abstract
    Test results of the "Polus" upper-air sounding system (UASS) based of the satellite GLONASS/GPS platforms are discussed in the report. Data of the experimental launch of navigation radiosondes (single and coupled), allowing carrying out a system operational parameter assessment, the comparative analysis of characteristics of the "Polus" UASS with radar sounding systems and evaluating reliability and measurement result reproducibility, are provided.
