  • Abstract
    This research is concerned with a technology for the recognition of a traffic sign from a motion picture. In order to realize real-time position recognition, the genetic algorithm with search region limits is proposed. Through experiments, it is shown that new technology is sufficiently valid on real-time recognition to objects of motion picture
