Abstract :
The features of studying of medium with metal-oxide-metal structures were considered. The suitability of usage an additive mixture of phase modulated signal components and white Gaussian noise as a sounding signal (SS) was grounded. It is shown, that nonlinear scatterers re-emit signal, which spectral components have grounds (superstructures with persistent spectrum). The estimation of nonlinear scatterers saturation can be made by the SS floor power level, at which the appearance of grounds in spectrum of response signal is observed.
