Abstract
The present paper concerns the creation of the most feasible estimation of the integral difference of phases in the reference (minimum-)phase method. The integral phase maximum likelihood estimation procedure is analyzed for the minimum-phase method. The behavior of estimation bias and its deviation for a case of various true values of an integrated difference of phases, the relations signal/noise, and the volume of statistical sampling, are analyzed.
