Abstract :
A stability analysis tool for 2-D systems using the eigenvalue sensitivity of the matrix is presented. The 2-D system stability test is based on 1-D system robust stability analysis with unequal partition of the unit circle. A stability is developed that can be numerically implemented more efficiently. Two examples are used to illustrate the method. It can be seen that the algorithm can be calculated simply and understood directly.<>
