  • Abstract
    The effects of interminiband tunnelling of the electrons in semiconductor superlattice on the electric current through this device are studied. It is shown that the change in miniband gap significantly affects both the current-voltage characteristics and high-frequency current oscillations in semiconductor superlattice.
