Abstract :
Guide of uncertainty in measurement (GUM)[1] was published as guidance for a measurement result into an assurance performance by International Organization of standard (ISO) in 1993. It is now use to the Blood Chemical Analysis (BCA) what may also the reliability of the analysis result. ISO was published many supplements in order to fully utilize GUM-GUM. These have defined the procedure for the assurance an analysis result. ISO-GUM has defined for work about a assurance for every progressing steps [2]. Recently, the multi-variance analysis by double regression became important for improvement of the accuracy assurance. The experiment result is reported.
