Abstract :
The self-consistent mathematical model, in which the space-charge of beams of rectangular section, sagging of fields in gaps are considered, is formulated. It is shown, that calculations electronic power orboklystrons oscillators at frequencies (300...1000) GHz can reach 24-2 W respectively. Amplifiers have the gain of 20-30 dB.
