  • Abstract
    To assure the accuracy and safety of thermal detection, the thermal flowmeter must be calibrated before using. In order to reduce the uncertainty in a calibration system, the paper presents to build a calibration system for large flowmeter based on the combination of the mass method and master meter method. Meanwhile, the system simulation, monitor function and data process will be achieved through Lab VIEW basing on NI´s Virtual Instruments. This method can avoid the large error due to the using of mass method or master meter method separately. It is helpful to improve the autoimmunization degree and reduce the uncertainly of the results during the measuring process.
