Abstract

Along with the technology and society´s unceasing development, the regarding regional economies´ promotion effect´s research of highway construction investment entered the new stage. This article focused on the region influence appraisal after highway project investment in the entire life cycle which involved to it proposed a kind of new computation models, this model by conformity fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the ash connection analytic method, has constructed a new evaluating indicator system, for it has been better carried on highway´s plan choice and the regional planning that has provided the theory basis.
