Abstract
With the increasing pressure from the world community on the elimination of environmentally harmful chemicals and materials, greater emphasis shall be put on polymer-based electronic circuitry. This trend, coupled with the markets´ continued drive for more ergonomic, lower cost products, will accelerate the acceptance of flexible polymer circuits into most marketplaces. This paper addresses successful high volume manufacturing case histories of such assemblies in a variety of industries
