Abstract :
This paper describes the results of research of the electrostatic potential distribution in the gap between the first-emission cathode and the interaction space in the millimeter-wave magnetron. It is shown that electrons emitted from the ring of 1,05rk - 0,95rA radius only take part in the growth of secondary-emission electrons in the magnetron interaction space.
