Abstract :
The use of millimetre-wave imaging in security applications is driving a number of product releases that are now being used in field deployments. Concealed object detection is the primary aim - with the technology being used provide enhanced people screening capability in both checkpoint and surveillance applications. This paper looks at the evolution of the technology and the commercial applications that are foreseen.
