Abstract
A new bidimensional fitting procedure for the evaluation of multilayer Green´s functions for 2.5D problems is presented. The procedure is based on interpolation with spline polynomials and is capable of generating very accurate results much more rapidly than if the conventional Discrete Complex Image Method (DCIM) were used to compute the Green´s function. Examples illustrating the reliability and efficiency of the proposed approach are provided for different grounded dielectric slabs configurations.
