Abstract :
The current state for comparisons of standards of time and frequency of the passive method using the total coverage algorithm is considered. Relations are given for estimating the shift scales and standards errors. The classification and proposed methods for estimating uncertainty of measurement and research are presented. Experimental evaluation of potential accuracy of the comparison of time scales using SBAS signals system is carried out.
