Abstract :
A number of the devices, which can be used for creation of new communication systems generation in terahertz band, have been developed. These devices for the first time allowed creating a digital radio relay system transceiver in 130 GHz frequency band. Output power of a transmitter was -10 dBm and sensitivity of a receiver was not lower 10-11 W. Data transfer rate of 155Mbit/s was achieved using QAM-256 modulation in 25 MHz pass band.
