Abstract :
This paper presents an interferential method for locating coaxial cables faults which is insensitive to the reflections produced in the inner connector. The effect of the parasite reflections due to the variation of the cable geometry and the attenuation suffered by the wave emitted by the reflectometer are also analyzed
