Abstract :
The realization of received signal regeneration on-board of a satellite allows implementing different transmission technologies on sections of a satellite link which has several advantages. One of these advantages is lowering of requirements to the energy properties of satellite channels at the expense of transformation of channels multiplexing method on the satellite. Comparative calculation demonstrates significant data transmission rate gaining in comparison with “transparent” satellite retransmission.
