Abstract :
This paper proposes congestion controller based on fuzzy technique for 3G cellular networks. The congestion controller first allocates bandwidth capacity dynamically to video, voice, audio and data sources, and then makes a decision to accept or reject the mobile station´s connection request based on the level of congestion.
