Abstract
In 2010 a group of students at Embry-Riddle designed and built a robot capable of playing the popular videogame “Rockband.” The goal of the robot was to compete against human players in a score duel. Development of the robot presented many challenges that had to be overcome in order for the robot to be successful. This paper discusses the solutions to those challenges and the results of testing the system with the implemented solutions.
