Abstract :
According to electro-hydraulic system of rubber mixing mechanism and new requirement of rubber mixing process, new method named fuzzy-multi-PID which combines fuzzy-PID algorithm with multi-group PID algorithm has been put forward and new digital controller bases on fuzzy-multi-PID has been designed. Fuzzy algorithm used in big deviation situation can quickly decrease deviation, different groups of PID parameters for PID algorithm are used according to different setting values in small deviation situation. The core of digital controller is MCU. Comparing to PID algorithm, fuzzy-multi-PID has faster static response speed and better control effect when setting pressure changes. Digital controller has better robustness and high control precision, can control deviation in plusmn8% range.
