Abstract :
The present paper concerns the reasons and precondition of the National Antarctic scientific portal creation. It describes the steps of the portal development and reports of Antarctic researches. Descriptions of the structure and the architecture of web service, that sends data from the portal to other resources, are given. The given architectures are compared and the optimum one is selected.
