Abstract :
To eliminate flood disaster, which happened more and more frequently in China, a fuzzy-inference based neural network model is developed. This model can solve the problems of systematic difficulty, inefficiency, shortcomings of unable to self-study and inadequate in traditional method. Firstly, the detailed steps of forming the new model were given. Secondly, a case study was used to demonstrate how the model works. The application shows the fuzzy-inference based neural network model developed in this paper is more adaptable to real time reservoir flood operation decision-making.
