Abstract
A procedure for the apriori estimation of the opportunity of a fast method for the periodic steady state computation in nonlinear circuits is proposed. The method uses piecewise-linear models with few linear regions and the computation of the state matrix eigenvalues. A switching supply analysis illustrates the proposed approach.
