  • Abstract
As the matter of the developing of the intelligent system, the intelligent systems have more and more subsystems and elements to support or to control the system functions. Therefore, building an advanced intelligent system, the core control algorithms of its subsystems should be established optimally. The major aim of this paper is to research that when under the certain outside forces (Physical or chemical or other systems which can cause an increase or decrease of some the functions or characteristics), some kind of functional changes of the subsystems which can maintain some of their own functions will happen, such as creation or destruction. Then, when the intelligent system achieve optimal, we can calculate and modulate the contribution of the functions or characteristics of the subsystems.
