Abstract :
A new evaluation method of degree thesis is proposed by evaluation problem of degree thesis included the characteristics of uncertain information. So the evaluation problem can be studied by an index system. And in the procedure of evaluation, a series of subindex is represented using the blind number to solve the evaluation quantization. The blind number method can describe the multiple uncertainly information. The advantage is both used the prior information of two level indexes weight and resolved the uncertainty of the information to quantify the problem. Firstly, the evaluation index is analyzed, and the evaluation index system of degree thesis based on AHM weight is put forward. Secondly, the uncertain information is described including grey, fuzzy and unascertained, and the evaluation index system of degree thesis is established by the blind number theory. Finally, using the blind number algorithm and the result of evaluation is worked out. The method is verified by a case study.
