  • Abstract
This paper deals with a method for determining the radiation pattern of the omnidirectional antennas. The minimization method is used for the reconstruction of the FF antenna patterns from NF phaseless measurements on two cylinders in different distances from the antenna. The global optimization techniques were used for the minimization process. The paper is aimed to analyze the performance of the global optimizations (GOs) when solving the described problem, and to compare the GOs. GOs were examined through data achieved by measurements of the GSM1800 band antenna.
