Abstract
Measurements of the temperatures around a Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) treatment chamber for preservation of a continuous product flow are presented as a function of flow rate, showing a relative high wall temperature. A limited analytical model as well as a Finite Element Method analysis is also presented and compared to the measurements.
