  • Abstract
    The service engineering aims to feed back user´s state to the service provider. The environment that imitated deterioration in service was composed, and the glance was measured. As a result, the relation between deterioration in service and concentrated level of the subject was able to be observed as a difference of the tendency to the saccade.
