Abstract :
In this paper, hypergroups are upgraded to their power sets. And the concepts, properties and part of conclusions of hypergroups are summarized. On the basis of the theory of power group, the definition of power group on hypergroup is presented. And the characters and structures of power group on hypergroup are discussed, especially the structures of power group on qua si canonical hypergroup. The problem of homomorphism of power group on hypergroup is presented. And some related theorems and results are derived.
