Abstract
Methods and techniques of spectrum refarming for deployment and further developing of LTE networks in Ukraine, are presented in this paper. We suggest an optimal solution for radio access network sharing based on soft migration from GWCN to MOCN architecture. We propose the model of effective frequency bands dispensing based on interfere bands exception. Furthermore, the algo-rithm of cooperative service of users, which allocated on the edge of cell, had been studied. In order to achieve better spectrum utilization of GSM network and satisfy the QoS requirements, we propose the method of compression the spectrum allocated by GSM users. Simulation results confirm the gain of proposed methods, in terms of calls lost probability.
