Abstract :
The present paper concerns an intelligent multicriteria vertical handover algorithm for the heterogeneous wireless networks. It uses fuzzy logic for parameters processing and for the triggering handover decision making. A proposed solution allows increasing quality of the service provided by the network, and providing transparent mobility of users.
