Abstract :
We designed a vehicle heater automatic detection and management system based on CAN bus, the system adopts the structure of “remote server + local operation station+ field control unit”. The system can complete not only automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, judgment and digital management of vehicle heater´s parameters, but also the distributed remote control and fault diagnosis through the CAN bus communication. The local operation station software system and detection system integrate human resources, ERP, quality traceability, the detection and test equipment, parts and components production staff association, a clear responsibility, corporate responsibility tracing system realizing the end link. Practice shows that the system has the advantages of simple operation, accurate data, stability and reliability, guarantees the qualified rate of products, improves the enterprise automation and information management.
