Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. The plasma processing requires lots of energy and should be used as a value-added process. Application of plasma process to the nuclear engineering field can be one of the best choice if process safety is assured. We have suggested several kind of application to the waste treatment processes of the nuclear materials, investigated and developed them. In this paper we pick up our two waste treating processes which use atmospheric pressure plasma, the decontamination process by microwave plasma and the niobium separation process from Nb-Zr alloy by DC plasma.
