Abstract :
We present an object-oriented engineering DBMS (OOEDBMS), named OSCAR-3, to support product data model in CAD/CAPP/CAM integration system. We introduce the characteristics of OSCAR-3, which are also indispensable for general OOEDBMS. Finally our future research directions are outlined.<>
