  • Abstract
    The switch reliability test of automobile tail gate is an important parameter for the safety of the car, operation of the driver, convenience of passengers, feature of air dynamics, leak tightness, noises and the shape of the car, but different test standard, different test method, which caused much trouble to the test procedure. To solve the shortcomings of the traditional machines, such as less level of automation, weak ability of data sampling and analyzing and poor applicability, this paper designs a new test machine for the switch reliability trials of automobile tail gate on the basis of cutting-edge domestic and foreign standards and test method. The test results showed that this test machine has the characteristic of easy operation, stable function, and wide suitability, which improves the measurement accuracy and efficiency.
