Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. Solid waste disposal has become more concern near large city since the increasing cost and difficulties of disposing into the landfill. Thermal plasma treatment of solid wastes has been proven to detoxify hazardous and toxic wastes, while providing a usable material that can be recycled. This work investigated the de-toxicity characteristics of the 2 MW AC submerged arc plasma treatment municipal waste incinerator ashes.
