Abstract :
This paper presents a knowledge-based system for Chinese natural language processing (NLP). The information in the knowledge base consists of static and dynamic knowledge. The process supported by the system involves morphology, syntax and semantic operation. The model is applied to analyze Chinese phonetic alphabet (CPA) sentences and converts them to the corresponding Chinese character sentences.<>
